Originally designed for sign-making and relief carving, it still remains even now the best software of its kind for bas-relief carving and 2.5D sculp. One last thing, do a search on this forum for the search term, carveco, its a company that has indicated it will continue to develop an ArtCAM like product (may even be a new version of AC). They would not be able, I would think, to simply provide a replacement dongle but you should, if all works as we hope, provide a new version you could.
